Your consultation appointment can only be made upon prepayment of $200. It is non cancellable and non refundable. Please call us at (408) 246-6900, at least one day prior to your scheduled appointment for any changes. If you want to cancel your appointment, we will be happy to provide you a credit equal to your unused prepayment valid for one year that can be used towards any of our professional services.
